Getting ready for a hard workout? No time to cook? This delicious smoothie has a healthy amount of carbohydrates, fats and proteins for the perfect pre or post workout meal! It packs a great punch of vitamins and minerals, and is just sweet enough to satisy! Drink up!
1/2 banana, frozen tastes best
1/2 cup blueberries
3/4 cup Greek Plain Yogurt (I like 2% for this, as it has a creamier taste)
2 tbsp hemp/flax, or chia seeds
Unsweetened almond milk, 1 cup
Prep: Blend all of the above ingredients together in a blender for 15-20 seconds. If consistency is too thick for your liking, add a bit of water, and blend again. Enjoy!
