I have tried all of them, and when I say all, I mean all! So I get how frustrating it is when we follow a plan and lose weight, only to find that it came back, and maybe even more, a month or two later. All that fucking hard work for nothing! 

That is why I am not a fan of going on strict diets that cut food groups out. All the focus is on counting calories, or carbs, or what we cant have. And in my experience, that is just not sustainable. So I have a better way……
