This chicken chili is delicious, satisfying, and easy to make!

Chicken Chili, 10 servings


2 lbs ground turkey

2 tbsp olive oil

1 cup minced onion

1 tbsp minced garlic

1 cup chopped zucchini

1 cup chopped carrots

1 cup chopped celery

1 cup mushrooms

1 cup chopped baby potatoes

40 oz canned crushed tomatoes

1 1/2 tbsp paprika

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

1 tsp pepper

2 tsp chili powder

1 tsp cumin

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp turmeric


Heat oil in a pan. Cook chicken over medium high heat until browned, approximately 10 minutes

While turkey is browning, chop all vegetables + prepare spices.

Add browned chicken + all ingredients to the crockpot.

Stir all of the ingredients together in the crockpot until thoroughly mixed

Cook on low for 6 hours. Serve over spaghetti squash, long grain brown rice or cauliflower rice.
