Nina is new to cooking, so for our first lesson we made a very simple chicken dish with roasted asparagus. This week, she wanted to be a bit more adventurous. We decided to use pork, and do a twist on a pork stew, YUM!!! We brought a ton of heat with jalapenos, poblano peppers, red chili flakes and much more! Now she has food for at least 4 days! Being prepared is the biggest and most imprtant battle. Go Nina!!
